The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally, Excel, billing and challan preparaƟon, and a thorough understanding of GST return filing, TDS calculaƟons, Bhav/Rate file handling, ESI, and PF compliance. Key ResponsibiliƟes:  Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally ERP.  Prepare and process sales and purchase bills, delivery challans, and maintain supporƟng documentaƟon.  Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) including reconciliaƟon and Ɵmely filing.  Perform TDS calculaƟons, deducƟons, and filing of TDS returns.  Ensure compliance with ESI and PF regulaƟons, including monthly contribuƟons and filings.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date Excel records for accounts, taxaƟon, and payroll-related data.  Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary reports and documentaƟon.  Assist in bank reconciliaƟons, ledger scruƟny, and monthly financial reporƟng. Required Skills and QualificaƟons:  Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar accounƟng role.  Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime, MS Excel, and basic accounƟng principles.  Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.  Familiarity with invoice and challan formats and processes.  Strong aƩenƟon to detail and excellent numerical skills.  Ability to work independently and manage mulƟple tasks.  Experience working with or under a CA is highly preferred Salary: [20k-25k]
