Job Title: Accountant Executive
Location: Erandwane, Pune
Company Overview: Our client is a fast-growing company in the Corporate Gifting segment, offering innovative and customized solutions to clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including handling invoices, debit/credit notes, purchase orders.
· Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
· Monthly GST tax returns and reviewed submitted documentation with auditors.
· Stock Maintenance
· Payment collection over the phone
· Process vendor payments as per the due dates
· Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between vendors, customers, and the sales team.
· Draft and manage professional email communications.
· Handle petty cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Skills and qualifications:
· Good knowledge of accounting and experience in GST
· Good communication skills
· Command of Microsoft Excel
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
· Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing stock and payments.
