• Financial strategy and policy (as per Group Corporate directions): Plan to ensure that funds are made available and used in an efficient manner to achieve corporate financial objectives. 

•  Investment decision (capital budgeting / Investment appraisal decision) within the gamut of approved Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and in consultation with the Group Corporate,

• Maintain professional working relationships with senior functionaries in the Group / Shareholder representatives,Oversee and enable activities with respect to development of new Hospital Information System (HIS), Financial reporting (IFRS) including software (ORACLE Financials),

• Represent AHIL in matters / issues before fiscal regulators such as Income tax, Service tax, VAT authorities.
