Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and review financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings as per statutory requirements.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Assist with internal and external audits.

• Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory deductions.

• Monitor cash flow and budget preparation.

• Maintain supporting documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping.

• Use accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).

• 2–3 years of accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
