We are searching a Junior Staff Accountant . As a Junior Staff Accountant job involves supporting senior accountants by maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Posting and processing journal entries.

Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Reconciling bank statements and other financial data.

Financial Reporting:

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements).

Preparing and submitting reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Analyzing financial data and identifying trends.

Transaction Processing:

Processing invoices and payments.

Handling petty cash and other cash transactions.

Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.

•Compliance and Procedures• :

Adhering to company accounting policies and procedures.

Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Assisting with audits and other compliance activities.

Other Duties:

Supporting senior accountants with various tasks.

Participating in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Collaborating with other departments on financial matters.

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical financial practices.
