We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts

- •Financial Statement Preparation:•

- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement

- •Compliance and Auditing:•

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations

- Prepare for and participate in audits, as required

- •Budgeting and Forecasting:•

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts

- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for budgeting and forecasting

- •Financial Analysis and Reporting:•

- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management

- Prepare financial reports, including variance analyses and other ad-hoc reports

•Requirements:•

- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

- Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, an asset

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
