Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records, including payouts and GST compliance.

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, invoicing, and reconciliations.

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and tax filings.

- Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations.

- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan-related transactions.

- Process payroll, TDS, and GST returns.

- Assist in audits and financial analysis.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the finance sector.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in NBFCs or financial institutions.

- CA Inter or equivalent qualification is a plus.
