Job Title: Account Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing financial transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. Proficiency in Zoho Accounting Software is essential for this role, as the candidate will handle invoicing, reporting, and financial analysis within the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions using Zoho Books and other Zoho Finance Suite tools.
• Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales, accounting, and customer service processes.
• Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve accounting discrepancies using Zoho Accounting Software.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve business performance.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality of financial information.
