Job Benefits: PF

A. The accountant should be observed compliance to the following: -

1. should have complete knowledge about TALLY software’s latest version including extracting reports as desired by the management

2. Can Able to do trading company’s accounting with stock inventory management

3. Know well whole accounting process from start make entries to final draft auditing

4. Handle data record management hard copy data filing-softcopy data scan and maintain in computer folder

5. take care timely provide all the taxation related reports to the auditor/CA

6. Timely download bank and financial account’s statement through online or relevant sources, if need ready to visit institute for collect

7. assistance and coordinates with internal departments and help them payment follow ups and other account related works

B. List of works: -

1. follow banking related work preparing cheque, maintaining pass book, bank statement reconciliation (BRS), etc.

2. maintaining payment MIS sheet after conformation process online payments

3. maintaining petty cash and related records

4. preparing records of all the payments for parties & customers

5. Verify receivables with the issued bills

C. Skills required: -

1. Good command over computer with well knowledge of Microsoft office, Excellent knowledge of MS office Word and Excel with formulation

2. Tally practical knowledge must be required

3. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

4. Can function exceptionally well under extreme work pressure

5. Self-disciplined, Hardworking, Dedicated towards work, time punctual, etc.

6. Good communication skills including innovative presentation and writing skills

7. Flexibility and adaptability, sporty nature, Optimistic, Team oriented and Quick learner

8. Independent, hardworking and self-motivated and continuous improvements
