Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive who has basic knowledge of Excel and Tally. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records and data entry in Tally
Handle invoices, bills, and payment processing
Prepare and maintain financial reports
Assist in GST filing and tax compliance
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
Maintain and update Excel sheets for financial tracking
Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments and receipts
Support the senior accountant in audit and financial tasks
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Minimum B.Com or relevant accounting qualification
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in an accounting role
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
