Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring the company’s financial records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Record and maintain financial transactions (sales, expenses, invoices, payments, etc.).

• Reconciliation: Handle bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

• GST/TDS Filing: Assist with basic tax calculations and support monthly/quarterly filing.

• Expense Management: Verify and process employee expense reports.

• Financial Reports: Support the preparation of profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial summaries.

• Support Audits: Help gather documents and respond to auditor queries.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in an accounting role (internship/trainee experience counts).

• Software Skills: Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books preferred.

• Skills: Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of financial principles.

• Soft Skills: Good communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
