Job Profile: Junior Accountant / Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive financial records including vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper alignment with internal records

• Prepare and review balance sheet statements periodically

• Manage GST and TDS filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

• Operate proficiently in Tally ERP or Marg ERP, along with MS Excel for reporting

• Handle trial balance, sundry debtors, and creditors reconciliation

• Oversee cash deposits, and process NEFT & RTGS transactions

• Prepare and file sales tax and income tax returns

• Support in audits and ensure accuracy in all financial documentation

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities
