Position: Accountant for Foreign Accounts Outsourcing

Work Location – Sector 50, Noida

Salary: 15k to 20 k pm

Work Timings: 10:00 AM- 6:30 PM

Experience – 0 to 3+ years

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities –

1. Processing of invoices and entering into the system;

2. Maintaining clients Books of Accounts which includes processing of Sales invoices, Purchase invoices, Recording Administration Expenses, Bank reconciliation, etc.

2. Maintain accounting records and prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly management accounts as per client’s requirement.

3. Analyzing General ledger, passing reclassification entries and year-end adjustments to finalize year-end accounts of Companies.

6. Preparing time sheets and processing payroll for the clients.

8. Communicating and managing the Practice client to manage daily workflow, discussing queries to ensure the delivery of tasks in time with zero errors. Candidates should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Good written & spoken English communication will be an added advantage.

Softwares used – Quickbooks, Xero, Sage
