Nature of work

1. Financial Record Maintenance:
•Manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in Tally ERP.
•Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

2. Statutory Compliance:
•Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS by preparing and filing returns on time.
•Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

3. Reconciliation:
•Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain accuracy.
•Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

4. Financial Reporting:
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements.
•Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

5. Audit Support:
•Coordinate and handle internal and statutory audit requirements, providing necessary documentation.
•Assist in audits and implement audit recommendations.

6. Cash Management:
•Manage petty cash transactions on a daily basis.
•Handle banking-related activities regularly.

7. Software Proficiency:
•Utilize Tally ERP for maintaining financial records and generating reports.
•Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Communication and Coordination:
•Collaborate with other departments for financial data consolidation.
•Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.

These responsibilities ensure the financial health and compliance of the organization, leveraging full Tally experience and knowledge.
