· Accounting & Compliance:
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
· Financial Finalization & Reporting:
Lead the finalization of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely closure of books.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Provide detailed financial insights and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
· Taxation (TDS & GST):
Manage GST, TDS (all sections), and all other tax filings with complete ownership of the process.
Handle audits and liaise with government authorities when required.
Ensure compliance with all taxation laws and regulations.
· Sales & Purchase Management:
Oversee the sales and purchase accounting process, ensuring accuracy in invoices, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Monitor inventory accounting and address discrepancies.
· Advanced Excel & Data Management:
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial modelling, and reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track financial performance metrics.
· Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Provide financial forecasts and suggest cost-saving measures to enhance profitability.
· Team Handling:
Lead, mentor, and guide the accounting team to achieve department goals.
Ensure collaboration within the team and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
· Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and implement best practices.
