Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and

receivable.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Taxation & Compliance:

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

• Ensure timely tax payments and regulatory compliance.

• Prepare and submit financial reports as per government requirements.

• Payroll & Audits:

• Assist in payroll processing, salary calculations, and deductions.

• Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and assessments.

• Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

• Banking & Reconciliation:

• Manage banking transactions and reconciliations.

• Monitor cash flow and financial forecasting.

• Handle vendor payments and expense tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in accounting and financial management.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Experience :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Salary Range :

• Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 30,000
