Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and expertise in financial tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Manage and process invoices accurately.

• GST Compliance: Handle GST filings and ensure adherence to tax regulations.

• Accounts Receivable: Monitor and record incoming payments.

• Accounts Payable: Manage outgoing payments and maintain payables.

• TDS Calculation: Accurately calculate and file TDS.

• Journal Entries: Maintain proper ledger entries and financial records.

• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts.

• Petty Cash Management: Manage and record petty cash transactions.

• Bookkeeping: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date financial records.

Required Skills and Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with Tally accounting systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Word and Excel.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Advanced Excel skills are a plus.

• People having experience in Audit Firms will be given a preferable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management.

• The ability to join immediately is a must.
