Job Title: Accountant ( Required experience from Manufacturing Industry only)

Introduction:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records.

• Manage and reconcile accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.

• Assist in the preparation of financial analyses to support decision-making.

• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Assist with the preparation of year-end closing activities.

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the integrity of financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience (X years) in accounting or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of tax laws and regulations is a plus.

• Professional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus but not required.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with standard office hours.

• Manufacturing industry experience only
