Currently, we have an urgent job opening for Account Executive /Account Manager with one of our clients in Andheri, Mumbai Location.

They have been providing integrated or standalone PR services to large corporates as well as mid-sized companies. 

Position Title: Account Executive /Account Manager 

Experience required: 2-6 Years  

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in B.Com., B.A.F or related fields. 

Location: Andheri, Mumbai  

Job Description:  

• Track payments from clients and vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear records 

• Assist Chartered Accountant (CA) firm with GST and TDS compliance and related matters 

• Generate invoices and handle billing processes with accuracy and timeliness 

• Share bank statements and other financial documents regularly with the CA firm 

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records 

• Manage payroll processes, including preparation and distribution of salary slips 

Required skills: 

• A prior experience of 2 to 6 years in accounts  

• Knowledge of filing GST & TDS /Corporate Taxes  

• Familiar with Tally Software  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
