Job Designation: Accounts Executive

Job Description:

·         Accounting and Bookkeeping-Maintenance of Cash Book, Bank Book, Ledger, Journal, Purchase Register, Sales Register, Stock Register, Petty cash Book, Attendance Register etc. through manual as well as computerized form.

·         E-payment-Filling of return GST, PT

·         Reconciliation of sundry debtor & sundry creditor including Age wise classification thereof.

·         MIS report preparation like daily, weekly, monthly as per management requirements.

·         Preparation of Stock statement Report inventory wise each Month.

·         Calculation of GST Payable and Filing Return each Month.

·         Day to day Bank Transaction.

·         Maintaining the cash book & cash payments, office expenditure details.

·         Generation of E-Way Bill, e-invoicing, Challan.

·         Preparing monthly & yearly Budget, Profit & Loss Account, and Income & Expenditure A/C.

·         Preparing salary statement and disbursement in collaboration with HR, TA checking.

Job Specification:

·         The candidate must be B. Com or above.

·         Minimum 2 yrs. of Experience.

·         Relevant work experience within the furniture industry or a related industry preferred.

·         Having hands on experience & practical knowledge in GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT etc.

·         Knowledge in all types of record preparation & keeping like Vouchers, Bills, Correspondence, Important Document, Sales Tax records etc.

·         Should have good Analytical ability in costing.

·         Must be well versed with accounting packages/ software like Tally Prime/SAP/ERP.

·         Must have good knowledge of excel.

Job Location: Adjacent to Kanjurmarg East Railway Station, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Central line area candidates preferred)
