Job Description: Accounts & Operations Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, compliance, stock management, and general purchases. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing accounting tasks and operational processes. Training will be provided for GST and IT filings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping & Accounting (Daily/Monthly)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and expense reporting.
2. GST & IT Filings (Monthly/Quarterly)
• File monthly GST returns. (Training will be provided if required.)
• Prepare and assist with quarterly income tax (IT) filings. (Training will be provided if required.)
3. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
• Ensure compliance with Professional Tax (PT) and other regulatory norms.
• Handle all statutory filings and maintain accurate records for audits.
4. Stock Keeping & Inventory Management
• Track and maintain stock levels for office and factory operations.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and generate inventory reports.
5. Purchasing & Vendor Management
• Manage procurement of office supplies and factory materials.
• Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective and quality purchases.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
✅ 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, compliance, and operations.
✅ Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, or other accounting software.
✅ Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other office management tools.
✅ Good understanding of GST, IT filing, and compliance processes.
✅ Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

➤ Prior experience in a manufacturing/operations environment is a plus.
➤ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
➤ Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities.

• 6 days a week (Full-time)
