Job Title: Junior Accountant

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Job Location: Vasai & Khetwadi (Grant Road)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team at our Vasai and Khetwadi (Grant Road) locations. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and follow-ups.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and tax filing processes.

• Prepare basic financial reports such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

• Work with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or other ERP systems).

• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

• Assist senior accountants with audits and financial analysis.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferred).

• Diploma or certification in accounting will be an advantage.

Work Timing:

• Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.
