Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Executive to join our team specializing in luxury glass and profiling solutions for interiors, including wardrobes and kitchen shutters.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. 

Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing financial statements (e.g., income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement). 

Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy. 

Invoice Processing: Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently. 

Data Entry and Management: Enter and manage financial data accurately in accounting software. 

Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and relevant regulations. 

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts. 

Auditing Support: Support internal and external audits as needed. 

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues. 

Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters. 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 

Experience: [1 to 3 Required Years of Experience in accounting or related field. 

Accounting Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally Prime etc)

Financial Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends. 

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
