••Position Summary:••
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to manage day-to-day financial operations. The role involves processing invoices, managing accounts payable/receivable, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks.

••Key Responsibilities:••
- Process and reconcile invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
- Handle vendor and client communication regarding payments and account discrepancies
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Support the preparation of tax returns and audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations

••Skills & Qualifications:••
- Proven experience in accounting or administration
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

••Education:••
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
