Accounts & Admin Coordinator
Location – Horamavu (Bangalore)
Experience – 0 - 2
Salary – 18 – 22k (Based on experience)
Notice Period – Immediate Preferably
Working Shifts – 10am – 630pm / Mon – Sat
Mandatory Requirements – Knowledge of Accounting, Fluent in Kannada, Own Transport
Responsibilities
Book keeping of accounts - data entry of statements
Keeping clear records of invoices and expenses
Aligning all submissions and coordination with external accountants for monthly reports, TDS, GST, et and cross checking their workings as well
Bank coordination for any paperwork, cheque deposits etc
Invoice preparation and collections/follow ups to clients for payments.
Creation of salary slips, debit notes etc
Maintain records of staff leave and attendance
Support onboarding of new team members and interns
Assist with general HR documentation and compliance
Ensure the studio is stocked with office supplies, consumables, and snacks
Manage vendor relationships (stationery, internet, housekeeping, etc.)
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service requests
Set up and maintain systems for leave tracking, asset inventory, and internal processes
Act as the go-to person for team queries related to logistics or operations
Requirements
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities
Strong communicator — both written and verbal
Tech-savvy: familiar with spreadsheets, email tools, and basic accounting software
