Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Process employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare related reports.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Handle employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
Maintain and update company documentation and filing systems.
Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
Maintain financial records and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
Support the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in HR and accounting roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
