Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.

  • Process employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare related reports.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legal requirements.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

  • Handle employee queries regarding HR-related matters.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company documentation and filing systems.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Process invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliations.

  • Support the preparation of budgets and expense reports.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as required.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in HR and accounting roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
