Key Responsibilities: Computer Operation Duties: Manage and maintain computer systems and data records. Perform data entry of orders, inventory, and customer details. Maintain spreadsheets and generate reports using MS Excel. Coordinate with the production and sales team for order updates. Accounting Duties: Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally or similar).Prepare invoices, bills, purchase entries, and maintain ledgers.Assist in GST calculations and filing.Maintain petty cash records and handle bank reconciliations.Support with financial reporting and documentation.
