Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Executive with a strong background in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years post-CA Final (or CA Intern Drop), and should be capable of independently handling all accounting operations, compliance, and team management.

🎓 Qualifications:

• CA Final (qualified or drop-out) with solid practical knowledge

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in core accounting

• Minimum 3 years post-CA Final experience preferred

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounts, including finalization of balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance

• Lead and manage a team of junior accountants

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including vendor payments, invoicing, bank reconciliations

• Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly books

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
