Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who is proactive, client-focused, and has a basic understanding of finance. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building abilities, and attention to detail in managing client portfolios as well as assisting in finance-related operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and transaction details

• Assist in the documentation and coordination of financial tasks such as:

  • Invoicing and payment follow-ups

  • Basic audit support and tax-related coordination

  • TDS and GST-related communications

  • Data entries for finance reporting

• Support account and finance teams in organizing client records and documents

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel,and client data management

• Familiarity with Tally, basic accounting principles, and finance coordination

• Understanding of tax terms like TDS, GST, and invoicing processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Client-focused with a professional and courteous approach
