Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Account Executive to manage our financial transactions, including Tally operations, ledger maintenance, and GST filing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Tally Operations: Manage financial transactions in Tally ERP software, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions in the general ledger.GST Filing & Compliance: Handle GST filing, return submissions, and compliance with tax regulations.Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank statements with financial records to ensure accuracy.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and collections efficiently.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory tax obligations.Payroll Support: Assist in salary processing, PF, ESI, and professional tax calculations.Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.Strong knowledge of ledger management, GST, and tax filing.Familiarity with bank reconciliations, financial statements, and audits.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Preferred Qualifications:1+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in an IT company.Knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations.Experience with ERP accounting software.
