Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Sr Accountant to oversee all financial operations, Accounting, GST, Audit, TDS including managing payments, tracking expenses, handling bank deposits, and preparing budgets for Dhiraj M Thakker & Co. in Ahmedabad at Navrangpura. The role involves auditing financial records, bank statements, and calculating taxes and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting transactions with Finallisation of Books of Accounts including Statutory Requirements.

• Prepare and publish financial statements timely and monitor budget forecasts.

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly GST, VAT, TDS and other Statutory Compliances and Reconciliations.

• Ensure timely processing of bank payments and file tax returns accurately.

• Manage balance sheets and evaluate reports on financial health, liquidity, and cash flow.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and conduct data backups.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with B.Com, Inter CA Dropouts, Persuing CA Course & minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting in Finalisation of Accounts in Tally with all statutory compliants candidates are perfect for this role. Besides, they must have proficiency in tools like QuickBooks and MS Excel. Additional certification in the same field is a plus.
