Manage and supervise daily operations of the accounts department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC).
Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures.
Monitor cash flow, budgetary control, and forecasting.
Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
Train and guide accounting staff; ensure team efficiency and professional development.
Support management with financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
