Candidate should be a people winner, good communicator, people and process coordination, handle Zoho books all entries, manage all TAX compliance like GST, TDS and PT ect.., overall office administration and sales cordination Should be a fast learner, with Analytical and logical conceptual thinking.
Job Responsibilities :
Accounting : Zoho Books all entries passing and matching transaction as per the categories like Expenses, Salary, Rent, Vendor creation, Vendor PO, Invoice, DC, e-Way Bill, accounts tally, GST, TDS monthly payment and filing, PT payment and filing.
Sales Coordination : Collect prices from OEM / Distributors and extend to sales team, follow up on daily reports with sales and tech team, extend quote to customer via Zoho by creating customer profile to sales team, coordinate for funnel and reports.
Operations : Manage back end of vendor portals to place PO and maintain the cost and profit sheets, manage OEM and distributor portal for sales promotion schemes and offers, manage staff attendance and pay role, material and logistic coordination to sales team and customer, Expenses booking and clearing payments, follow up on customer payments, forecast vendor payments and fund flow, plan finance and projected expenses and forecast
