We are looking for a detail-oriented ERPNext Accounts & Inventory Specialist to manage our financial transactions and inventory operations using ERPNext. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, inventory management, and ERPNext customization, ensuring smooth financial and stock management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
Record and manage financial transactions within ERPNext.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Generate financial statements, tax reports, and audits.
Inventory Management:
Track and update stock levels, purchases, and sales.
Manage warehouse operations, stock transfers, and reorder levels.
Ensure accurate stock valuation and minimize discrepancies.
ERPNext Optimization & Reporting:
Customize ERPNext modules to improve workflow efficiency.
Generate detailed financial and inventory reports for management.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERPNext-related issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience with ERPNext, particularly in Accounts & Inventory modules.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Hands-on experience in inventory tracking, stock audits, and warehouse management.
Proficiency in Excel, financial reconciliation, and data analysis.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
