•Key Responsibilities•
✅ •Manage financial records• for property sales, leases, and management.
✅ •Handle billing and payments• for real estate properties (e.g., rent, sales, expenses).
✅ Work with the •finance team• to ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
✅ Maintain •TDS and GST compliance•, including timely filing of returns.
✅ Assist in •tax return preparation and reconciliation•.
✅ Keep records of •financial transactions, contracts, and payments•.
✅ Prepare •financial reports and budgets• for real estate projects.
✅ Communicate with •clients and vendors• regarding financial transactions.
✅ Assist with •month-end reporting and audits•.

•Qualifications & Skills•
•Bachelor’s degree• in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•1+ years• of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in real estate.
Knowledge of •TDS, GST, and tax return filings•.
•Proficiency in accounting software• (e.g., Tally).
Strong •attention to detail• and •organizational skills•.
Good •communication and analytical skills•.

•Preferred•
✔️ Experience in •real estate or property management accounting•.
✔️ Familiarity with •real estate software•.
