Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive with expertise in financial operations, including GST, TDS, and accounting software like Tally. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. This role will also involve supporting client financial needs and coordinating internal teams to ensure accurate financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

GST & TDS Management: Ensure accurate GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance with tax regulations.

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Use Tally for daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and generating reports.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts using Excel and other financial tools.

Client Support: Communicate financial information to clients and provide advice on tax-related matters.

Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and suggest improvements for financial processes and risk management.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including finance and legal, to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of GST and TDS regulations and filing procedures.

Proficiency in Tally for accounting and financial management.

Advanced skills in Excel for financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Good understanding of financial reporting and tax compliance.

Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
