Accounts Executive

Designation: Jr. Accounts Executive

Role: An Accounts Executive assists the Financial Officer in maintaining all records like vouchers, receipts, bills and payments, bank reconciliation, payment collection, monthly GST working and also Payment Follow ups.

Responsibilities

Core:

·       Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.

·       Maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

·       Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

·       Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

·       Record journal entries and maintain accounting documentation.

·       Handle day to day inquiries regarding financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.

·       Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial management.

·       Tracking

·       Emailing

·       Making SOPs

Skills:

·       Knowledge of GST, Income Tax and other financial regulations.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability work independently.

Reporting:

Report to accounts department head
