To keep hard & soft all records in fill like banking data. Investment data, assets data, Legal Docs, etc.Posting and processing of all accounting entries (e.g. Purchase, Payment, Reciept, Job work invoices & expenses invoice entry in Miracle) to ensure all business transactions are recorded (Error free accounting entries in Miracle).Handling cash and petty cash transactions and maintaining cash balances. Updating accounts receivable reports and submit it to management in every 10 days (Provide timely report).Sales Invoice generate with e-invoice & e-way bill and maintain client account records Every day closing balance match with bank statement. Daily LR update in system. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data Credit & Debit Note issue & soft & hard copy documents maintain.Cheque deposit / RTGS and other banking activities (Timely Deposit / Payment).Reconcile accounts, ledgers, and bank statements regularly of customer and vendorForecast expenses and revenues for effective financial planning.Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.Handle filing of returns for Income Tax, GST, and other mandatory filingsCoordinate with auditors during internal and statutory auditsOversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursementMaintain records related to employee benefits, including Provident Fund and ESICManage vendor payments and ensure timely settlementsTrack receivables and follow up with clients for overdue paymentsWork closely with the production team to maintain accurate inventory recordsAnalyze production costs and identify areas for cost optimization
