Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
4. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
6. Audit and Taxation: Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants to ensure smooth audit and tax processes.
7. Financial Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
8. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure efficient and effective accounting operations.
