Position Title: Account Executive

Location: Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai    

Qualifications:a Any Graduate 

Experience Required: 1-3 Years   

Roles & Responsibilities:   

·       Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to manage and analyze financial data  

·       Create and maintain complex spreadsheets for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting  

·       Generate custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes  

·       Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded  

·       Ensure the company's GST compliance by accurately calculating, filing, and remitting GST returns on time  

·       Maintain GST records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes  

·       Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations  

·       Deduct TDS from applicable payments as per the Income Tax Act and ensure timely remittances  

·       Prepare and submit TDS returns and certificates within prescribed deadlines  

Key skills –  

·       Good Communication skills  

·       Fluent in English, Hindi
