Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data

• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and financial statements

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors

• Support in budgeting and financial forecasting

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting systems

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance preferred

• Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting principles

• Understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and statutory filings

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
