Key Responsibilities :

• Managing & executing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team

• Conduct & manage internal audits, taxation etc.

• Providing strategic recommendations & MIS to the MD/CEO

• Analyze and manage the organizations liabilities and investments

• Plan, implement and manage investment strategies

• Manage fundraising plans and capital structure

• Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable

• Prepare and present forecasting reports

• Adhere to the law and company's policies
