• Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Accurately entering financial data into accounting software. 

  • Maintaining and updating financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other documents. 

  • Assisting with data organization and filing. 

• Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

  • Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts. 

• Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Assisting with invoice processing and payment reconciliation. 

  • Supporting accounts receivable functions, such as following up on outstanding payments. 

• Reconciliations:

  • Assisting with bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations. 

• Auditing:

  • Participating in auditing activities, such as verifying financial data and procedures. 

• Administrative Tasks:

  • Answering phones and responding to inquiries. 

  • Preparing and distributing documents. 

  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned. 

• Other Responsibilities:

  • Learning about accounting principles and procedures.
