Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing GST invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. This role involves ensuring compliance with GST regulations, accurate maintenance of financial records, timely processing of payments and receipts, and effective communication with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

GST Invoicing and Compliance:
Prepare, verify, and process GST-compliant invoices.
Ensure timely filing of GST returns and adherence to statutory compliance.
Reconcile GST input tax credit and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Payable (AP):
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment as per terms.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Maintain records of payments and monitor outstanding payables.

Accounts Receivable (AR):
Generate client invoices and follow up for timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of receipts and outstanding balances.
Reconcile accounts receivable and address client queries related to billing.

Financial Record Keeping:
Record and maintain all financial transactions in accounting systems.
Prepare periodic financial reports, including aging reports for payables and receivables.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Communication and Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve payment and billing issues.
Respond to queries related to invoices, payments, and GST.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
