1. Accountant

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions.

• Process NEFT payments, including shipping line payments, stamp duty, voucher payments, statutory payments, and company bills.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of payment vouchers.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly financial reports to seniors.

• Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies and supporting audit activities.

2. Senior Accountant

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Experience Required: 5+ years
Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations and approve payments.

• Supervise the billing department and ensure timely invoicing and follow-ups.

• Monitor credit and debit transactions, resolve customer/vendor queries, and coordinate with relevant departments.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Assist in financial audits and statutory compliance.

3. Accounts Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Experience Required: 8+ years
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire accounts team, ensuring smooth financial operations.

• Oversee taxation matters, including GST filings and compliance.

• Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations and audit processes.

• Monitor financial statements, budgets, and cash flow management.

• Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial reporting.

• Provide financial insights and reports directly to the CEO/Director.

• Implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency and risk management.

Requirements for All Roles:

• Candidates must have experience in CHA, Freight Forwarding, Customs, or Logistics.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST/TDS), and banking operations.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills for senior roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
