Create & maintain balance sheet
Manage account statements
Record daily revenue & other numbers

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, ensuring adequate funds for operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances).
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders during audits and inspections.
• Manage and mentor the accounts team to maintain high standards of performance.
• Conduct periodic training sessions for the team on updated accounting practices and tools.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
• Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
