We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and helping leadership make data-driven decisions

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data, past trends, and performance indicators to forecast future revenues and expenses.

• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.

• Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization strategies.

• Support investment and business strategy decisions with accurate financial modeling.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to assess business risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate with departments to align business plans with financial goals.

• Monitor financial performance against key KPIs and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with internal and external policies.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a financial analyst or similar role.

• Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

⭐ Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• CFA Level I/II or MBA in Finance.

• Experience in the [industry, e.g., EdTech, FinTech, Retail].

• Working knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools.
