We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead and oversee internal and external audit processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, improving internal controls, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement audit plans, policies, and procedures.Lead and manage internal and external audit engagements to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.Evaluate financial statements, records, and processes to identify risks and areas for improvement.Ensure adherence to accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.Conduct risk assessments and develop risk-based audit strategies.Provide recommendations for process improvements and internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and key stakeholders.Prepare detailed audit reports, findings, and action plans for senior management.Supervise and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and training.Stay updated with changes in financial laws, regulations, and auditing standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, or CISA preferred.Proven experience as an Audit Manager or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and risk management.Proficiency in accounting and audit software.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience in external auditing, forensic accounting, or compliance auditing.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
