Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Bank Account Management to handle banking operations, and financial documentation. This role will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial tracking and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the opening, tracking, and maintenance of project-specific bank accounts.

• Ensure accurate classification and documentation of project-related transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and fund utilization.

• Coordinate with banks for account queries, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Prepare and maintain detailed account statements and reconciliation reports.

• Ensure all bank activities are compliant with norms and internal financial policies.

• Track subscription payments and maintain related documentation in an organized and accessible format.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, BAF, or related field)
Experience: 1 - 3 years in bank coordination, finance documentation.

Skills:

• Efficient to manage Multiple Account handling.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational and document-handling skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

• Effective written and verbal communication for internal and bank coordination.
