Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive (Logistics & Stock Management) who will also oversee logistics coordination and stock management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage accurate billing and invoicing

Coordinate logistics and shipment schedules

Monitor and manage stock levels

Maintain records of incoming and outgoing inventory

Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams

Requirements:

Experience in billing, logistics, or inventory management

Proficiency in MS Office and billing software

Strong organizational and communication skills
